Led by elite instructors with over 20 years of experience, we offer Hot HIIT Pilates, Hot Mat Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot HIIT Bootcamp, and Deep Tissue Recovery — using targeted equipment like weights, bands, and blocks to ensure every rep, stretch, and breath counts.

HOT HIIIT PILATES
Challenge yourself in our 50-60 minute heated high intensity interval workout incorporating pilates principles and intense cardiovascular and resistance training (weights & bands). Build lean muscle mass, boost metabolism and increase strength and stamina. Bring your mat, mat/face towel and water bottle. All levels are welcome! *Low impact—no jumping*
HOT HIIT BOOTCAMP
Feel the burn in our 45 minute heated fast-paced HIIT workouts targeting and conditioning full body and focused muscle groups with the use of weights, blocks and bands. Our HIIT BOOTCAMP series include: Full Body Blast, Glute + Core Maxout, Upper Body Sculpt, and HIIT Core. Please bring your mat, mat/face towel and water bottle. All levels are welcome!
HOT YOGA
Flow through our 60 minute heated hatha yoga class that combines strong, steady postures with intentional breathwork to help you build strength, balance, and flexibility from the ground up. Improve posture and functional core stability. Please bring your mat, mat/face towel and water bottle. All levels are welcome!
HOT MAT PILATES
Sculpt your core and tone your body in our 50-60 minute heated class that is rooted in classical Pilates. Expect a slow burn, controlled movements with light resistance (weights, bands), mindful breathwork, and targeted exercises that challenge your core, glutes, and posture muscles. Please bring your mat, mat/face towel and water bottle. All levels are welcome!
DEEP TISSUE RECOVERY
Find calm in our 60 min lightly heated candlelit class combining extended holds and techniques designed to calm the nervous system, increase circulation and relieve tension in joints, connective tissue and deep fascia. Designed to allow the body to recover and progress after intense workouts. Please bring your mat, mat/face towel and water bottle. All levels are welcome!
